Both Botox and Dysport have Botulinum Toxin typed A so they are both products to choose from. Some noticeable differences between Botox and Dysport to help decide what might be a more comfortable treatment to turn to is that since Dysport is a diluted formula and with that less protein (antibodies) is being formed in the body and thus, Botox may have longer lasting results due to higher injection level.

Dysport contains smaller amounts of botulinum toxin as opposed to Botox and as a result, patients are more inclined to increase the amounts of injection in order to achieve similar results to a single Botox injection. Dysport also works a little faster than Botox and its spreading out from the dilution allows it to create a more natural appearance.
