1. Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the treated area: Refrain from touching the treated area to prevent the spread of the toxin to unintended muscles. 2. Avoid Strenuous activities: Avoid physical activities for 24 hours following the treatment.
3. Use ice if needed: Apply ice to the treated area for short intervals if you experience swelling or discomfort.
4. Avoid alcohol and blood thinning medications: Avoid medications that thin the blood such as Aspirin and ibuprofen for a day or two after the procedure to minimize the risk of bruising.
5. Do not lie down and stay upright to avoid migration of Botox.
6. Report any unusual side effects.
